The National Rural Network (RRN) has launched a new visual image for its online content (Web and Social Media) and offline publications . This is the evolution of its logo, now with a design that directly and easily conveys the values of the RRN, which connects all people and organizations with the epicenter placed in the rural environment. The purpose of this network is to publicize and facilitate access to Rural Development Programs (RDPs) as essential tools for their sustainability, while simultaneously raising awareness throughout society about the importance of rural areas for our present and future.
Designed with organic shapes and luminous sparkles, the new logo 's image is directly related to traditional rural heritage, while the combination of curves and straight lines of the three linked initials brings it to the realm of technological advancement, symbolizing, overall, a bridge between tradition and modernity.
On the other hand, the visual symbol of the new National Rural Network logo is an iconic representation of the rural environment , structured by five furrows that represent a cultivated field. Furthermore, these furrows represent a metaphor for unity, for joining forces, and for moving toward a future that symbolizes the National Rural Network: open and committed to the development and growth of rural areas.
Furthermore, the three connected initials reinforce the concepts of coordination, participation, connection and cooperation that the NRN aims to convey: promoting greater stakeholder involvement in the implementation of Rural Development policy , improving the quality of RDP implementation, informing the general public and potential beneficiaries of Rural Development Policy and funding opportunities, and enhancing innovation in the agricultural sector, food production, forestry and rural areas.
