The Subdirectorate General for Agricultural Policy Planning (SGPPA), part of the General Secretariat for Agricultural Resources and Food Security of the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (MAPA), promotes, within the framework of its responsibilities, analysis, support, and dissemination activities aimed at strengthening alliances and disseminating useful experiences for all stakeholders involved in sustainable rural development. It is also a key entity in the dissemination of agricultural and rural development policies at the national level.

Legal basis : Regulation (EU) 2021/2115 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 2 December 2021 laying down rules on support for strategic plans to be drawn up by Member States under the common agricultural policy (CAP Strategic Plans) financed by the European Agricultural Guarantee Fund (EAGF) and by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD) and repealing Regulations (EU) No 1305/2013 and (EU) No 1307/2013 (OJEU 23.2.23 L 56).
  9. Data recipients : Transfers from TRAGSATEC to the SGPPA for the fulfillment of legal and contractual obligations. No data transfers or international data transfers are planned, and when necessary, they will be carried out based on the express consent of the data subject or in accordance with legal safeguards.
  10. Exercise of Rights : Access, rectification, cancellation, objection, erasure, restriction of processing, and portability. Any complaints may be directed to the AEPD (Spanish Data Protection Agency) or, in advance, to bzn-DPD@mapa.es .
