This event is organized by the CAP Network, managed by the Subdirectorate General for Agricultural Policy Planning, in collaboration with the Subdirectorate General for Rural Environment Promotion of the General Directorate for Rural Development, Innovation, and Agri-Food Training (Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, and Food, MAPA).

Objectives of the day

• Learn about and share experiences of generational change in sectors other than agriculture.
• Disseminate and give visibility to LEADER's good practices in generational change.
• Reflect on the obstacles, difficulties, and limitations that people who close a business in rural areas encounter in order to continue the project.
• Generate synergies among attendees to work towards generational change.

The event will be held in person at the Abadía de los Templarios Hotel , La Alberca, Km 76, Salamanca.

Maximum capacity : 100 people.
