RESOLUTION of September 7, 2022, of the General Secretariat, agreeing to open a period of public hearing and information in relation to Decree-Law 3/2022, of August 31, regulating exceptional temporary aid within the framework of the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD) to farmers and SMEs in response to the special repercussions of the invasion of Ukraine by Russia.
Pursuant to the publication of Regulation (EU) 2022/1033 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 June 2022 amending Regulation (EU) No 1305/2013 as regards a specific measure providing exceptional temporary support under the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD) in response to the fallout from the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
