From the PAC Network , belonging to the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food , we invite you to the "Conference on good practices of extensive grazing in Mediterranean pastures applicable to ecoregimes in Extremadura" that will be held in person in Trujillo (Cáceres) on May 20, 2025. The venue will be the Auditorium of the Regional Livestock Market, Fair Institution.

This event is part of the CAP Network's Territorial Conference Cycle for the Promotion of Ecoregimes , which will take place between May and October 2025. The aim of this cycle is to promote and highlight good practices linked to the ecoregimes that best suit each territory.

The event is aimed at agricultural sector entities, farmers, ranchers, agricultural professionals, and/or any individual or organization interested in implementing eco-regimes.

Some of the content that can be enjoyed during the day will be :

• Field visit to a local farm.
• Presentation of technical aspects and environmental benefits, as well as the conditions and support associated with the practice of extensive grazing ecoregime in Mediterranean pastures of Extremadura.
• Exchange of experiences among livestock farmers on the implementation of practices associated with the extensive grazing ecoregime in Mediterranean pastures.

The event is supported by the Regional Government of Extremadura and the Trujillo City Council (Cáceres).
