The objective of the course is to review the main tools useful for launching and developing entrepreneurial projects in rural areas to make them more profitable and competitive , thus facilitating entrepreneurship.

We review the basic qualities , capabilities and competencies that an entrepreneur must possess and the specific characteristics of business development in rural areas, assessing the environment and strategies for leveraging synergies with other projects with the help of Valnalón .

We discussed rural life today with the Gredos Norte Business Association (Asenorg) and learned about two cases of good practices in entrepreneurship: La Exclusiva, Social Logistics , and CLISOL .

We delved into business model development with the Andanatura Foundation and into communication strategies and the use of social media with Rocío del Cerro Comunicación.
