Special mentions

In the final days of the 7th Rural Entrepreneurship Course, all the students' projects were presented and discussed. Following evaluation by the course instructors, the following participants were selected as the outstanding projects of the seventh edition:

1) Native sheep farm (Mohedas de la Jara, Toledo, Castilla-La Mancha) – Jorge López: His project involves raising native lambs using an extensive livestock farming model, integrating traditional knowledge with the latest innovations in livestock management. This allows him to offer high-quality meat while having a positive impact on the environment.

2) Rural Apartment Management (San Martín de Asturias, Oscos) - Ena Victoria Mateos González: San Martín is a rural apartment located in the heart of the Oscos Eo and Tierras de Buron Biosphere Reserve (Asturias), an area known for its unspoiled nature. Ena Mateos, the manager, will guide guests throughout their stay, not only as a host but also by telling them about the traditions, ways of life, hidden corners, and ancient buildings that can be found in San Martín de Oscos.

3) Organization of events and experiences in the Catalan Pyrenees (Alpens, Barcelona ) - Alba Bregolat: project for the organization of personalized events in the Catalan Pyrenees to present the culture, traditions and gastronomy of this area in a close and authentic way through personalized tourist experiences.

This way, towns that wish to participate will have their own literary anthology told by their inhabitants.
