• Analyze the possibilities of creating tourism products with agri-food products with Differentiated Quality (DO, PGI, and Guaranteed Traditional Specialties).
• Learn about gastronomic product experiences (routes) created with the product club method
• Propose ideas and ways to promote inter-territorial cooperation actions.
