The objective of this meeting is to launch the LEADER Subgroup, define its objectives, and take its first steps. The following will be discussed:

• Definition of objectives and functioning of the Subgroup
• Conclusions of the study "LEADER in Spain: recent changes, current situation and guidelines for improvement" prepared by the RRN
• Participatory Local Development in the 2021-2027 programming

The target audience for this meeting is Managing Authorities or managers of LEADER Measure 19, Local Action Groups, represented through their regional and national networks. In addition, to enable members of the NRN Assembly to participate in the discussions, three spots were reserved for interested organizations to attend the meetings.
