The National Rural Network is launching a distance learning workshop aimed at improving the capacities of GALs to carry out strategic planning exercises in their territories.
The specific objectives of this training are:
- Provide Local Action Groups with practical cases and examples of useful methodologies and tools for designing Local Development Strategies.
- Share successful experiences, best practices, and ideas in the exercise of strategic design.
- Participants will be asked to analyze their current EDLs, identify opportunities for improvement, and define a roadmap for future design.
Structure and dates:
The workshop is structured into four weekly modules or thematic training units, which combine online presentations ( webinars ) and practical exercises. Some of these exercises will be conducted on-site, while others will be completed by attendees outside the session and shared later.
It will be celebrated on the following days:
