Training workshop on strategic programming and design of local development strategies for local action groups

The National Rural Network is launching a distance learning workshop aimed at improving the capacities of GALs to carry out strategic planning exercises in their territories.

The specific objectives of this training are:

  1. Provide Local Action Groups with practical cases and examples of useful methodologies and tools for designing Local Development Strategies.
  2. Share successful experiences, best practices, and ideas in the exercise of strategic design.
  3. Participants will be asked to analyze their current EDLs, identify opportunities for improvement, and define a roadmap for future design.

Structure and dates:

The workshop is structured into four weekly modules or thematic training units, which combine online presentations ( webinars ) and practical exercises. Some of these exercises will be conducted on-site, while others will be completed by attendees outside the session and shared later.

It will be celebrated on the following days:
