In April and May 2021, the National Rural Network conducted a survey of young people about their perception of rural Spain, and this report contains the results. The questions focused on understanding the strengths of rural areas that young people identified, as well as the outstanding needs in terms of employment, housing, basic services, leisure and culture, and support from public administrations. The survey also explored what the National Rural Network could do to address these shortcomings.
